A rare reading and Q&A discussion with the award-winning American author Siri Hustvedt held in the glorious setting of the Mary Ward House, Bloomsbury (23 October, 7-9pm).
A writer of increasing cultural and critical significance, Siri Hustvedt has written six novels and a considerable body of non-fiction, including essays, academic papers, lectures and autobiographical works.
Dr Johanna Hartmann of the University of Augsburg will chair the discussion, and there will be the opportunity for audience questions and a drinks reception to close.
This event is being hosted by Birkbeck, University of London's Centre for Contemporary Literature, as part of the Bloomsbury Festival.
