This is the first exhibition devoted and celebrating the iconic work of the legendary English silversmith Paul Storr (born Westminster 1771, died Tooting 1844). Paul Storr lived and worked in London throughout his life and illustrious career. There is no doubt that Storr was the creator of more fine silver than any other English goldsmith/silversmith. His silver continues to grace the most important dining tables around the world from Buckingham Palace to the White House. A landmark exhibition, it features a dazzling array of more than 200 examples of masterpieces in silver and silver gilt, the largest grouping of Paul Storr silver ever shown.
