The Open Studios Art Show

200 London Artists Open Their Studios to the Public. FREE ENTRY, to what the media are calling a ‘Festival Themed Art Show’.

One of London’s largest artist communities of over 200 professional artists, Wimbledon Art Studios (WAS), is holding its unique Winter Open Studios event from 12-15 November.

This will be the 38th Open Studios event held at WAS — which organises the four-day exhibition every six months. Resident artists will be opening the doors to their creative spaces and sharing what they do with visiting art lovers.

First opened in 1993, WAS is now a recognised creative community spanning well-established and emerging artists. Work produced is extremely diverse and the resident artists include painters, sculptors, illustrators, upholsterers, film animators, cartoonists, fashion designers, photographers, printmakers, ceramicists, among many other disciplines.
The four-day Open Studios event is the only opportunity for the public to visit the studios and see the work produced. It is also an opportunity for resident artists to sell their work directly to the public, and to unveil new and experimental work to an enthusiastic audience.

Pop up restaurant, bar, live music, workshops and competitions
