On behalf of Amicus, a legal charity that fights for justice on death row in the US, we would like to invite you to support the Amicus 2015 Reception, hosted by Mark Rylance, on Sunday, 25th October. The venue is the gorgeous Inner Temple Main Hall in the City of London.

Amicus began as a small group; set up in 1992 by a woman whose death row pen-friend, Andrew Lee Jones, was executed the year before. In the past two decades, we have grown into an established charity which helps assist people facing the death penalty in the United States.

The 2015 fundraiser is one of the biggest events on Amicus’ calendar, and this year promises to be one of our best ever. Guests will be treated to a Shakespeare performance by Mark Rylance, an auction featuring prizes that money normally can’t buy, and a champagne reception. We hope you will be able to join us in celebrating our 23rd anniversary and in raising critical funds that will allow us to continue our work fighting for justice on death row.
