Albare

Albare is the nom de guerre of Albert Dadon, an Australia-based virtuoso jazz guitarist with a strong melodic sense and a wealth of global influences.

Endorsed by Gibson Guitars for over 20 years, Albare's recording career began with a string of 'acid jazz' albums for Festival Records in the early 90s. Since then his music has developed to mix in varying genres - world, latin, funk and folk - with the love of jazz that remains in his heart.

Featuring Albare on guitar, Xiomara Laugart (vocals - from one of the top Cuban musical families), Axel Tosca (piano), Ricardo Rodriguez (bass) and the Venezuelan rhythm combination of Luisito Quintero (percussion - ex Chic Corea and many others) and Pablo Bencid (drums).
