The Arch with Chocolate Artist & Sculptor Paul Wayne Gregory launch ‘The Festive Art of Chocolate’ Masterclass

The Arch London in Marylebone is proud to announce a partnership with Chocolate Artist & Sculpture extraordinaire Paul Wayne Gregory.

A pioneer in bespoke edible art, Paul’s show-stopping creations have recently been featured on The One Show, where presenters were challenged to tell the difference between real fruit and Paul’s chocolate fruit. His repertoire also includes creating a bespoke chocolate dress with designer Henry Holland, making a life-like model of This Morning’s Phillip Schofield’s face, and an edible chocolate egg with Russell Brand’s likeness on it.

‘The Festive Art of Chocolate’ will take place on 19 November 2015 at 6.30pm. Priced at £70 per person, Paul will host a three hour class at the boutique hotel.

During the three hours, guests will enjoy lots of tastings of Paul’s award-winning chocolates which are all hand decorated using Paul’s special technique of painting coloured chocolate onto the finished sweets to create a textured effect. Exquisite flavours include Salted Caramel and Passion Fruit as well as Hazelnut; Christmas Pudding; Spiced Rum; and Spiced Praline from the Christmas range.

As guests watch Paul’s chocolate demonstration martinis will be served. Attendees will then try their hand at making and filling their own truffles to take away after the event. There will also be the chance for guests to have a go at writing their names in chocolate onto chocolate canvases.

As a piece de resistance, Paul will also exhibit one of his jaw-dropping edible paintings made completely of chocolate which guests will be able to taste.

The Arch London is itself a paradise for art and architecture lovers, with its displays of artworks by emerging London artists, and beautiful Grade II listed Georgian architecture.

In 2009, Paul opened his London based company Paul Wayne Gregory Ltd specialising in designing and supplying bespoke centre displays, sculptures and unique hand crafted chocolates for any event.
