Cook with the Legends: Paul Merrett

Learn from the recognised masters. Our first guest chef is respected author and TV chef Paul Merrett.

Paul is the chef-author of three popular books, including Economy Gastronomy. A TV regular, Paul has appeared on shows including BBC2’s The Best, Ever Wondered about Food, Market Kitchen, GMTV, Perfect, Daily Cooks Challenge and Saturday Kitchen.

On the day you will be split into small groups and Paul will help you prepare your three course meal. He will then join you for a glass of Mosimann’s own label wine in The Library at the Academy dining room and answer any culinary questions you have.
