Carol concert with a folk twist


Enjoy an evening sprinkled in holiday spirit with a chance to join in on the songs and merriment.

Cecil Sharp House Choir, led by conductor Sally Davies, will perform joyful a capella arrangements of traditional, seasonal songs, carols and wassails from the British Isles and beyond, sung in glorious harmony.

Folk dancers, singers and musicians will fill Kennedy Hall - the main space at Cecil Sharp House - with yuletide cheer - including the percussive sounds of Camden Clog, and intricate sword dance figures from Thrales Rapper. The evening will be compered in style by actor and singer Tim van Eyken.
