New Media artists from across the UK and Europe and Africa are descending on Watermans in West London to fill the art centre with cutting-edge art events, performances and experiences for two long days.
Highlights include Bio-artist Anna Dumitriu's Sequence, a solo adaptation of Alexander Whitley's dance The Measures Taken created in collaboration with Marshmallow Laser Feast (The original version sold out at the Royal Opera House and Sadler's Wells) and an interactive exhibition, Production Methods by Executive Chair that makes us look afresh and our working environments.
On the academic front, there is a symposium entitled Data Bodies with leading speakers in the field talking about the impact of big data and privacy on society. For fun-seekers there are several virtual reality adventures to be had. The kids workshops are inventive too - no sand and water here. Instead bring in your electronic toys and rework them in the 'Circuit Bending' workshop on Sunday. Except for two performances, all events are free.
