Gaucho Piccadilly has teamed up with Scottish Chef of the Year 2015, Adam Handling, to create a one-off dining experience to celebrate St Andrew’s Day on Monday 30th November 2015 at 7pm.
Adam has used the creativity for which he is renowned to create an exclusive three-course menu with sharing appetisers to wow Gaucho Piccadilly diners as he showcases his unique cooking style, using the finest of Gaucho’s Argentine Aberdeen-Angus beef.
Scotland’s best beef cattle, the Aberdeen-Angus, were introduced to Argentina by Don Carlos Guerrero in 1879, and the combination of Argentina’s luscious lowland pampas grazing, and the natural high quality of the breed, has produced beef of exceptional quality for generations, now offered in all Gaucho restaurants.
“Argentina has a large community of people of Scottish descent, and St Andrew’s Day provides an opportunity for cultural celebrations. We’re bringing the best of this spirit to Gaucho for a special evening with Adam Handling, using his innovative flavour combinations to bring out the best in our fabulous Argentine beef fillet,” says Matt Ford, Marketing Director at Gaucho.
The night will also include a beef masterclass with Gaucho’s master griller Fernando Larroude.
