Towie 50 mile Charity Bike Ride

Starting and finishing at Lee Valley Showground, Waltham Abbey, this 50 mile, undulating road route takes you through the beautiful Herts and Essex countryside.

Refreshment and toilet stops along the way make this an enjoyable day’s cycling, raising money for The Nightingale Cancer Support Centre. All riders are required to wear a helmet. Signed route, refreshments stops, mechanic, support vehicle. Minimum age 14 years. All riders under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult over 18yrs.
