LCV Presents Spacejunk: Gig and space party using voices and vocal percussion
London’s leading alternative choir, London Contemporary Voices, hosts a carnival space party using voices and vocal percussion.
Over 100 singers, beatboxers and performance artists will create a space-themed carnival spectacular at Oval Space, East London, on Saturday 12th March. With DJ sets from Roscius and Strong Asian Mothers - playing twisted galactic pop, big nasty alien beats and sexy old school hip-hop until 2am.
Expect intergalactic rocketeers, sassy spaceboys and alien danceoffs, festival funtimes and musical madness.
SPACEJUNK revellers are invited to come in space-themed fancy dress, from Star Wars to space-hoppers and everything in between.
London Contemporary Voices is London's leading alternative choir, as seen with Basement Jaxx, Sam Smith, Alt-J, Imogen Heap and more.
Standing gig - seating is only available for those unable to stand. Show is not suitable for under 18s. Flashing lights (strobe) will be used. This event is 18+, ID required.
