Country Life and former River Cottage Head Chef, Tim Maddams bring you an exclusive dining event

Owned by interior designer Shaun Clarkson, Pitfield is an eclectic emporium of contemporary homewares and vintage curiosities.

Chef Tim Maddams has created a menu that reflects his passion for seasonal, local and wild ingredients.

Menu

Seasonal canapés
Rabbit broth, wild garlic, smoked saddle, pearled spelt, alexander yoghurt
Beef brisket, nettle puree, cockles, three-cornered leeks
Slow-cooked rhubarb crumble, geranium parfait, sheep sorrel

During the evening, Tim Maddams will cook one of the dishes from the menu in front of guests on an Esse EL13 stove.
