Soundcrash Presents: Clap! Clap!, Mo Kolours & More

Soundcrash are extremely excited to announce a night packed with some the finest tropical beats from around the globe. Expect pounding exotic rhythms and and good times from one of the finest intercontinental line-ups imaginable!

Topping the lineup is Italys birghtest talent Clap! Clap! Whos unique global rhythms owe as much debt to the Inuit tribes of Alaska as they do the Staccato footwork of Chicago and West African percussion. Cristiano's music features traditional Italian folk rhythms and melodies mixed with a global harvest of found-sounds smashed through an electronic beat machine mindstate.

Next up is Mo Kolours generous and endlessly creative talent has always exhibited exotic tendencies. And, as with his mesmerising live show, Mo Kolours doesn't just give us a glimpse of the path less travelled but also offers us the fruits of his labours along the way.

Joining them is Anchorsong who has become globally recognised for his unique live shows, which many people have described as "like watching a painter drawing on a white canvas", as he creates electronic music completely live using a sampler and a keyboard, right in front of the audience. While he mainly performs solo, he frequently augments this setup with a string quartet, for a truly spellbinding show.

Last up is Joao Barbosa AKA Branko who first became known on the International scene as the driving creative force in Buraka som Sistema, the worldwide phenomenon whose releases helped create a new attitude towards global sounds. The seminal collective is responsible for reshaping dance music culture and spawning a myriad of sub-genres that shaped the Global Club Music scene and were championed by the producer's label Enchufada.
