Digital SLR Camera and Photoshop Summer Schools

Photography Course London offers photography based summer schools in Shoreditch, East Central London, N1 7NG which run during the day on weekdays. We have small classes from up to 8 or 11 places.

DSLR Photography Summer School - Our Summer School is aimed at complete beginners who own a digital SLR or bridge camera and want to maximise its potential. Delivered in the day and in a classroom environment, participants will be taught via a combination of theory and practical exercises, both inside the classroom and outdoors.

Street Summer School - Suitable for all levels of photographer from complete beginner to advanced and aims to introduce the practice of Street Photography. It is concerned with improving the personal work that all participants are making and increasing the chances of a successful hunt.

Photoshop Summer School - Our Photoshop Summer School is aimed at complete beginners and covers the complete foundations of Adobe Photoshop. Delivered in the day and in a relaxed and professional classroom environment, participants will be taught via a combination of theory and practical, and will work from the comfort of their own laptops. The main catagories covered are Workflow, the RAW Coverter (ACR), making Adjustment Layers and Non-Destructive Retouching.

Advanced DSLR Photography Summer School - The Advanced DSLR Photography course is aimed at confident photographers who want to take the step towards professional photography and reach a higher technical and creative level. Each participant will learn about all the different areas of photography from Flash Photography to Architecture and Portraiture, supported by developing a solid understanding of composition and light. This course also includes a Professional Practice module, covering the skills required to present yourself and your practice professionally within the industry.
