Seasonal Showcase Saturdays at West Elm

West Elm has teamed up with Fitzrovia restaurant The Ninth to offer aspiring foodies the chance to cook with celebrated chef Jun Tanaka through a series of masterclasses.

Throughout May-July at West Elm, Jun will teach guests a series of elegantly simple recipes that are quick to prepare but guaranteed to impress friends and family.

Each class will include an introduction to the ingredients and equipment involved as well as step-by-step instruction through Jun’s hand-picked simple, fresh and vibrant recipes. Once prepared, guests will be invited to tuck in and enjoy their handmade dishes in the comfort of West Elm’s Market space. Each guest will receive a West Elm apron and Jun’s Simple to Sensational cookbook to take home.

7th May: Perfect to Share

4th June: Carpaccio and Ceviche
Sea bass carpaccio with salsa verde
Scallop ceviche

2nd July: Vibrant Summer Salads
Watermelon, tomato, olive and feta
Summer tabbouleh
Fennel and radish with basil vinaigrette

Each hour-long class begins at 10:30 AM; Tickets are £50 per person
