Every Thursday at Grow@Grow we celebrate music, art, conversation and community. This week, we're joined by the 'It's Nearly Friday', with poetry workshop with spoken word and poetry performances (pre booked open mic).

There is a discussion group 7-8pm. Special speakers are invited. Who knows what interesting discussions will ensue...

This is a RAW (Real interActive Writing) poetry workshop and, as per usual, we work with themes to draw out our inner most thoughts. This month's theme is 'SENSES' - the areas in life that we don't normally take time to explore. After the workshop, there is an open mic. It is advisable to pre-book your slot as it will get busy.
