NEW WAVE CALIFORNIA WINE, in the spirit of Independence Day!

Californian wines aren’t ALL alcoholic fruit bombs. California has become far more adventurous and confident in where they produce wine as well as in their wine making technique. A new frontier is being explored in this Golden State which I will hope to demonstrate with a tasting of 7 wines and even a West Coast sparkling wine!

On the night, facts and fiction will be revealed as we go on a tantalising wine and foodie tour. Be prepared to explore real wines, from small producers, where you can really taste the sun and soils of each individual bottle
