To celebrate the appointment of award-winning Master of Wine Anne McHale as The Doyle Collection’s new Wine Consultant, 108 Pantry, will be hosting an exclusive Food & Wine matching dinner on Wednesday 29th June.
Welcome the arrival of summer 2016 in style with a carefully curated menu of classic dishes from Executive Chef Russell Ford. For each of Russell's fresh, seasonal summer dishes, Anne has selected a pair of wines to enjoy. It will then be up to diners to decide which wine they think is the better match for the dish.
Russell’s menu has been designed with 108’s emphasis on flavour and nutritional benefit, made from the finest locally-sourced ingredients. With dishes including Seared Isle of Skye scallop with ham & peas paired with 2014 Bandol Rosé, Domaine de Terrebrune, Provence and 2014 Picpoul de Pinet, Domaine Félines Jourdan, Languedoc; Rack and crispy breast of new season lamb, morels, broad beans and courgette flower paired with 2015 Morgon, Marcel Lapierre.
