Delicious Sri Lankan brunch in a unique underground venue in central London.
Come and share vibrant traditional dishes from Sri Lanka created by Chef Ruby of Papi’s Pickles, as part of Conflict Café. As seen in the Guardian, Independent, and Evening Standard, Conflict Cafe is the pop-up restaurant that serves food from regions that have experienced conflict, and explores the power of food to bring people together and break down barriers.
Named Time Out London’s ‘Most Inspirational Pop-up’, Conflict Cafe is an initiative launched by peacebuilding charity International Alert marking the International Day of Peace (21 September) and encouraging conversations about peace through food. Sri Lanka is the tenth country showcased by the restaurant over the past three years, which is running at the spectacular underground tunnels of House of Vans in Waterloo.
