With beautiful choreography and a soaring music score, 'Fiddler on the Roof' follows Tevye, head of a poor Jewish family in 1900s Russia, as he struggles with changes to his beloved tradition and way of life. Not only must Tevye cope with the decision of his strong-willed daughters to marry for love, with each one's choice of a husband moving further away from the customs of his faith, but also with the growing anti-Semitism of Tsarist Russia.
