Barry’s Bootcamp, the international fitness phenomenon, is delighted to announce a partnership with Stand Up To Cancer, the joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4.

Kicking off the partnership in its inimitable style, Monday 3rd October will see Barry’s host its highest ever class with 200 people experiencing ‘The Best Workout In the World™’ in the Sky Garden, 155 metres above the streets of London.

For one night only the Sky Garden will be transformed by Barry’s - with the thumping music, red lighting and high-energy workout specially adapted for the evening. A one-hour class will be taught by a team of expert Barry’s trainers from the London studios against a sky-high backdrop as dusk settles over the capital’s skyline.

To cap off the extraordinary evening, pop sensation and Stand Up To Cancer supporter Conor Maynard will perform the cool-down sequence live, providing an unforgettable end to the event.

Having already raised over £10K for Stand Up To Cancer through a series of events, Barry’s is thrilled to formalise this charitable partnership as part of its Barry’s Cares initiative.

‘We’ve so enjoyed being able to offer these unique opportunities to our loyal Barry’s clients, while raising money for such a fantastic cause,’ said Sandy Macaskill, Co-Owner and Master Trainer, Barry’s Bootcamp London. ‘We can’t wait to celebrate this partnership with Stand Up To Cancer in style, bringing The Best Workout In The World™ to this incredible location.’

Claire Rowney, Director of Stand Up To Cancer, commented, “We’re thrilled to add Barry’s Bootcamp to the list of wonderful partners that are supporting Stand Up To Cancer, which launched in the UK in 2012. Barry’s support is hugely appreciated; all the money we raise through the partnership will help fund vital research into new cancer treatments and tests that will save lives.”

“We are incredibly proud and delighted to work with the Barry’s Bootcamp team, supporting such an important cause,’ commented Katie Harel, Marketing Director for Rhubarb at Sky Garden. “Our hope is that Sky Garden will provide an inspiring backdrop to get people working out hard to stand up to cancer.”

Limited tickets for this one-off class will be available to purchase online from September 5th for £70 from the Barry's website.
