For one night only, Le Cordon Bleu London is inviting you to join them for the ultimate dining experience at their state-of-the-art premises on Bloomsbury Square. Internationally famous for their culinary expertise, Le Cordon Bleu have handpicked eight of their talented alumni who will prepare a spectacular three-course meal with paired wine all for your pleasure.

Under the guidance of Le Cordon Bleu’s classically trained Master Chefs, these eight accomplished former students will be introducing you to life at the world renowned culinary school by sharing their talents and exciting your taste buds with the unique flavours of their international cuisine. Using fresh, high-quality and seasonal ingredients in the dishes and providing you with the perfect accompanying wine, it is sure to be a unique dining experience and one that is not to be missed.

About the menu

Your night will consist of a three-course meal expertly crafted by Le Cordon Bleu’s eight alumni that perfectly unites the classic flavours of French cuisine with the exciting and adventurous flavours of more international dishes.

Firstly you will be presented with a beautiful starter of Langoustine Ceviche with a Brazilian Chayote Salad. Langoustine is a succulent white shellfish which is very popular in France, and Ceviche is a Latin American dish in which the shellfish is cooked by the acidity of citrus juice. This speciality will perfectly complement your salad in which Chayote, a popular Brazilian squash, is the star ingredient.

Next you will be given a spectacular main course of Nut-crusted Venison, Figs and Seasonal Vegetables which will tantalise your palate and leave you savouring every mouthful.

And last but definitely not least, your meal will conclude with Trio de desserts. Yes, not one, but three beautiful desserts lovingly prepared by Le Cordon Bleu’s skilled alumni. It will consist of a spectacular Blood Orange Parfait, a Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Mushroom Caramel Sauce, and an Elderflower and Apricot Millefeuille (a French pastry, more commonly known as a custard slice) with nibbed pistachios.
