Supper Club - SEA

Here at Jar Kitchen we place a strong trust and belief in our suppliers and ingredients. This 5 part series aims to showcase who we work with and why they are so special. Also expect surprises and treats throughout with each event promising to be different, fun, delicious and informative.

The fith of our 5 part series is SEA and we will be exploring it with our expert supplier Capital Seafoods ltd.

You won't find Capital Seafoods ltd on a website becuase they only work with restaurants they hand pick. They have an incredible dedication to sustaianable British produce and work with restaurants such as Hix and J Sheeky. Joe from Capital seafoods will be in to talk about the challenges facing our waters and also giving lessons on Oyster shucking.

As well as diving deep into the sea we will be matching every course with wines from HOFFMAN & RATHBONE the amazing English wine producer as well as having our wine expert Matthew on hand to explain why these wines have been selected and what to look out for when chosing wines with your seafood.

The cost, including your drinks flight will be £50* payable on the eve.
