A night of music, poetry, comedy and storytelling devoted to the works of Bob Dylan and Dylan Thomas, on the very special occasion of the awarding of Dylan’s Nobel Prize. In memory of Leonard Cohen and celebrating the vitality of poetry as a way of life!

On the night of the Nobel Prize Ceremony awarding Bob Dylan the Nobel Prize for Literature, we will be reprising the fondly regarded variety night Bob Dylan Thomas, celebrating in song and performance the works and words of Bob Dylan and Dylan Thomas in the pub where Dylan Thomas met his wife Caitlin.

An eclectic festival of words and music, Bob Dylan Thomas will feature:

Highlights from the night will be broadcast in a one-hour radio special on Resonance 104.4FM at 8pm on Friday 16 December.

There is a specially curated mixtape Post Dylan Thomas Volume 2 featuring new sonic and musical reworkings of Dylan Thomas’s writings.
