"Soft Openings" is the inaugural exhibition for DIFFERENT in its new location. The gallery was situated in Shad Thames adjacent to Tower Bridge for 13 years and virtually became a global institution with visitors from all over the world. It has taken 6 years to find a new location in the gallery district of Fitzrovia - and with it a new identity!
"Soft Openings" is an exhibition of new sculpture by the gallery's principal artist, sculptor David Begbie. This exhibition runs for two months and will be followed by a Group show of Gallery Artists in September 2011.
Begbie is world renowned for his innovative steelmesh sculpture. The exhibition will feature new works previously unseen.
Admission is free. All works are for sale.
