NEW Pilates class in Crouch End

NEW Pilates class at Hornsey Library in Crouch End.

Held in The Gallery, a lovely, light, and very spacious room next to the Cafe on the first floor.

This is a small class suitable for those with little or no previous experience of Pilates.

There's a Green Room with toilet for those who need to change before and after the session.

Pilates is excellent for spine health, increased mobility and flexibility, relaxation and especially for strengthening and toning the core muscles.
