It has been enjoyed for thousands of years, and now in it's modern form is popular all over the globe. It's suitable for anyone to enjoy - any age, shape or size, whether you have danced before or not...

At Caasi's classes you can expect to:

So why not come and give it a go - all you need to bring is something comfortable to dance in (a T-shirt and leggings is ideal, plus a hip-scarf if you have one), some water to drink and your enthusiasm!
