Launch of the annual Big Draw festival, the world's largest celebration of drawing, with a full day of free drawing activities for everyone. Organised with the Campaign for Drawing.

Contributors including Quentin Blake, Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, Gerald Scarfe and Richard Seymour will give talks to inspire drawing, designing and creating and Mister Maker (as seen on CBeebies) will show how to make a crown.

Drop-in to 'pop-up' studios throughout the Museum, meet professional artists and take part in workshops including fashion illustration and designing fountains. The Battle of the Cartoonists will see seven teams of top cartoonists from national newspapers in a contest to create the best cartoon.

Come along and join in the fun!
