Tahini Dressing

Most of us wouldn't dream of having a salad without reaching for a dressing, but very few of us think of dressing steamed green vegetables to enhance their taste and make them more interesting. Tahini is made from sesame seeds which contain just the ratio of calcium and phosphorus necessary for strong bones and this dressing takes less than a minute to make and stores well in the fridge.

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon tahini
Juice of half a lemon
1 dessert spoon sesame oil
1 dessert spoon of filtered water

Here's what you do...

- This literally takes less than two minutes to make ...just combine all of the ingredients in a sealed jam jar and shake until well mixed. Add a little more water if required to create a pouring consistency.

- Drizzle over steamed green vegetables ...and enjoy!
