Readers, I am in love.
Last week, I discovered a fashion bargain so vast, so wonderous, I almost want to keep it a secret. However, I've already got mine, so here goes...
Ladies and gentlemen; I discovered an iconic Lulu Guinness Lips clutch bag... in TK Maxx. I know. I choked too.
Having recently heard some kind of urban legend that there were batches to be found in London, I've since been on the lookout when in the vicinity of a TK Maxx... just in case. To be honest my friend Chloe was the one who found it, at the Gracechurch Street branch (near Bank), and proceeded to grasp it close to her chest whilst calling me to find out if I still wanted one, lest anyone else claw it from her. And hence, I am the proud owner of the hot pink snakeskin clutch, extra large, for a bargainous £149 instead of the RRP of £475.
One would think at that price it must have some kind of defect, but I can officially confirm it is the Mary Poppins of bags; practically perfect in every way. Last time I checked Gracechurch Street still had two black snakeskin versions, but this is certainly something worth phoning your local branch about in case they get any more in. It's just too good to miss!
