I did a post back in the Autumn about Clarks' AW13 collection and my favourite boots, two of which I went straight out and bought. In recent seasons the formerly frumpy school shoe favourite has really turned things around, producing consistently desirable, fashion-forward collections that are snapped up the minute they come out.
SS14 is no different, with a host of lust-worthy styles hitting the shops ready for the sunshine. Number one on my list is the Studio Punch bejewelled ponyskin sandal (£49.99) - too chic. Available in black and in lime green with black jewels, I can't decide which I prefer so will probably buy both.
Second up we have the Midnight Angel in dark tan leather (£79.99). The kind of thing I've been on the hunt for for ages, a cowboy-style boot without it looking too much like you've just stepped out of a saloon. Get my drift? These are perfect. I'll be teaming them with a chiffon tea dress, leather jacket and massive sunnies.
My third pick, to be worn with cropped skinny jeans and a blazer, would be the Hamble Oak white and grey brogue (£54.99). I totally love them. They're smart enough for work without being too formal and are a classic style that won't date. Provided I can keep them clean that is...
