I have to admit, I'm a little bit excited about the launch of NARS Cosmetics' new Contour Blush; the secret weapon to creating natural-looking definition with a luminous finish.
Any make-up fan worth their salt will know how much of an essential NARS' Orgasm blush and Laguna bronzer are. They're literally my Holy Grail of cheek pairings and two of the only products I continually re-purchase when they run out. So the new Contour Blushes, launching next month, are going straight to the top of my shopping list.
The beautifully balanced duos feature a lighter shade to illuminate the highpoints of the face and a deeper shade to enhance definition. Ultra-smooth, lightweight texture lends itself to a luminous finish and the specially designed contouring formula visual depth and dimension in a single swipe.
To create the perfect contour on cheeks, apply the deeper shade of the Contour Blush to the hollows of the cheek and along the hairline, sweep the light shade across the cheekbone toward the temple to soften and highlight. Finish the look with a pop of your favourite blush shade (Orgasm. obvs.) on the apples of the cheek.
Available in three colour combinations, Olympia (ivory/rose), Paloma (pink beige/deep rose) and Gienah (honey/amber) and priced £30 each. They will be available exclusively in Selfridges from 1st April and then nationwide from the 15th.
