I'm a big fan of an ankle boot. BIG. While there are several pairs from my shoedrobe in circulation at any one time (just added some amazing brown leather and leopard print ponyskin Chelsea boots to the collection...) my old faithful favourites, a studded and buckled pair from Clarks, are just about on their last legs and in desperate need of replacing.
In the absence of having the available budget for the beauties that are the Chloé Susanna boots (a mere £765...*sigh*) I've been looking elsewhere for a pair that are black and smart but with a healthy dose of rock chick. Luckily, Office might just have come to the rescue. Reader, I'm in love.
Black leather mock croc, with three silver trimmed buckles and a heel decent enough to add a bit of height but chunky enough to be comfy. the Jagger ankle boots are going straight in my shopping basket. Whilst forming the perfect partner to skinny jeans, I know I'll also be wearing them with bare legs come summer. Plus at a mere £85 they're obviously a somewhat more affordable option to Chloé. Sold.
