Designed to bring friends and family together, kräftskiva is a unique Swedish tradition and it’s all happening at the St James’s restaurant between the 11th August and 11th September.
Indulge in the freshest of crayfish by the dozen (£32), served with västerbotten cheese tart; buttered new potatoes with dill; and sourdough bread with seaweed butter.
