Aperol – the iconic Italian Aperitivo – announces an exciting new partnership with Italian restaurant, Cantina del Ponte. The Aperol Giardino – a new Italian, sun drenched terrace that looks over the Thames – is serving up a bespoke menu that includes Aperol Spritz Carafes to help keep guests refreshed as temperatures in London soar higher than Venice.
Guests will find an Aperol Bike Bar serving up Aperol Spritz for those on-the-go and classic Italian pavement café style seating at the terrace, whilst discovering exclusive new Aperol inspired recipes developed by Head Chef Michele Tricarico on the menu, like the deliciously bittersweet Aperol Spritz Panna Cotta.
The Aperol Giardino will be spritzing up Aperitivo Hour – that sweet spot after work and before dinner – with an all-new Aperitivo menu featuring Italian icons Negroni, Campari Spritz, and of course the Aperol Spritz, alongside delicious light bites such as Bocconcino Ricotta e Spinaci and Homemade Foaccia.
Aperol fans can also experience contemporary new takes on old favourites with the Italian Margarita, made up of tequila, Aperol, agave, and citrus.
What’s more, during Aperitivo Hour (between 17:00 and 18:00) Wednesday to Sunday, guests can enjoy 20% off the entire menu[2] – salute!
