AT HOME FARM IS BACK FOR A SUMMER OF BEATS AND BANQUETS

Love London

know it's hard to think about planning summer when the weather is still grey outside, but hear me out. At Home Farm, the enchanting Hertfordshire location which was a hit last summer, is back for a second season of intimate live performances, banquets and wellbeing experiences among fairy-lit woodlands.

Early Bird tickets are now on sale for the initial line-up announcement of individual, artfully curated outdoor events designed to captivate visitors and transport them away from the everyday. Held on the 150 acre Aldenham Estate in Elstree, Hertfordshire, it is a place to retreat, recharge and rejoice - all the while being easily accessible by road or rail via the Jubilee line, Northern line and Thameslink.

At Home Farm is welcoming back Communion Presents and Ronnie Scott’s Presents for three magical evenings of live performance on its secluded woodland stage this season along with award-winning solo star Holly Humberstone and Nick Mulvey.

This is an atmospheric live music venue like no other in Hertfordshire. Guests enjoy delicious pre-show dining nestled around Home Farm’s mighty Oak, followed by enchanting musical performances on the fairy-lit Woodland Stage surrounded by century’s old trees and a private lake.

Trained as a classical guitarist, Communion’s Bruno Major - now a billion-stream artist - will perform on 21 August. Major combines his classical guitar training with electronic production and a touch of soul; a soundscape perfect for this magical place.

Also gracing the stage are artists from world famous Jazz Club, Ronnie Scott’s. Phenomenal vocalist Vanessa Haynes will perform Aretha Franklin Queen of Soul (12 July) and as part of the ‘Good Woman’ tour, Izo Fitroy will bring her powerful blend of soul, gospel and blues (23 Aug).

Ivor Novello nominated singer-songwriter Holly Humberstone will join the At Home Farm programme this summer for an intimate live performance on Sunday 14th July. Often described as one of the most exciting alternative pop stars of her generation, Humberstone has grown from an unknown singer at her parents’ piano to winning a BRIT Rising Star Award and two Ivor Novello nominations. Now, Humberstone will bring her visceral ‘bare all’ lyricism to the unique woodland stage for an unforgettable night under the stars.

Holly joins twice Mercury nominated singer-songwriter Nick Mulvey who will be returning to At Home Farm’s Woodland Stage on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th August. Known for famed tracks such as “Fever to the Form '', “Cucurucu'' and “Begin Again”, Mulvey’s music is medicine for the soul. Mulvey’s soundscape suits this magical woodland setting beautifully with the outdoor setting feeling deeply connected to his boundary pushing storytelling about humanity.

Ben Quinn’s Woodfired Canteen will return to At Home Farm this year with an outstanding line-up of chefs for its utterly joyous long table outdoor dining experience. Quinn will collaborate with Chefs Adriana Cavita, Josh Katz and DJ BBQ to create bespoke banquets that beautifully marry each chef's signature style with Quinn’s expertise in fire cookery.

This year, At Home Farm will welcome Mexican-born Chef Adriana Cavita for a Mexican-inspired wild banquet (25 September). Her London restaurant, Cavita, opened in 2022 to outstanding press reviews across the Capital due to her standout approach to Mexican food.

Josh Katz, acclaimed Chef and Owner of renowned London restaurants Berber & Q, Shawarma Bar and Carmel will return on 26 September for a second year after a sell-out Banquet in 2023 with his signature bold flavours and bright colours.

Finally, Barbeque Cook DJ BBQ will join Woodfired Canteen on 27 September for a culinary experience like no other. DJ BBQ has amassed a huge social media following with his fiery Youtube Videos and unique blend of food, fun and energy which is not to be missed.

Diners will enjoy these delicious feasts at banqueting tables under At Home Farm’s giant atmospheric tipi hats with views overlooking the meadow. Each ticket includes a welcome drink, light taster nibbles and a three-course meal.

As well as the live music and dining experiences, there will be a Family Day Festival on Saturday 13th July along with nourishing wellbeing experiences throughout the season, including art and pottery, foraging, widlife walks, yoga and more. What's more, with 12 boutique British-made Bell Tents and Yurts available in the glamping meadow it's the perfect spot for a stopover.
