Kids in London - Animation at The Barbican

As part of its "Animate the World 2009" (4th-12th April)festival The Barbican is screening a number of animations suitable for kids - including the soon to be released and much-hyped "Monsters vs Aliens".

However, the web site (www.barbican.org.uk/animate) also has a section especially for kids which has a great animation studio to play with and is also running an animation competition - where there is a new Young Animator of the Year (up to 12 years old) award. But hurry as entries are needed by 1st April.
