Park Theatre

Park Theatre opened in May 2013 with the world premiere of Daytona starring Maureen Lipman, a play that got rave reviews from national press. Husband and wife team Jez and Melli Bond spent six years searching for the right property to open their theatre, and once they found the empty office block Park Theatre occupies they had the support of Sir Ian McKellen, Alan Rickman, several media outlets and local residents, who all helped to raise the funds for the project.

The two auditoriums seat 200 and 90 people, and the café bar serves pastries, cakes, sandwiches and deli platters, along with a selection of beers, wines and cocktails.
