We went early on a weeknight for a dinner deal booked through another website, and it was pretty good - limited menu for the deal, and the portions were a bit on the small side, but very tasty. Between 5-7 there were lots of drinks offers on too. I'd definitely go again if I was in the area and needed something quick before a gig or show, but wouldn't make a special effort to visit otherwise.

I went to Sugar Reef on a Saturday and refuse to set foot in that establishment again. As soon as we arrived, the temperature seemed to shoot up to a ridiculously high setting (maybe the air con was off, or maybe it's their tactic for making people buy more drinks). However, we thought we'd give it a chance, and wish we'd never bothered. The guy cleaning the tables was so unbelievably rude, which was completely uncalled for. I don't care if you're having a bad day - you're not paid to be rude!! So we left - best decision we made all night. I had planned on going for my birthday, but that's 50 people's worth of business they won't be getting.

This bars sole aim is to attract people in for Happy Hour, where minimum staff are provided, so queues are long, and you suddenly find yourself being served 2 minutes after Happy hour is finished...........
There appears to be a reliance for profit on booked groups being too drunk as random drinks appear on the bar tab - we had several bottles of champagne added on after we'd exited the bar, even though we hadn't drunk any champagne, and we'd not signed for these drinks - only I noticed afterwards an extra charge coming through on my credit card bill. A thoroughly unpleasant group of people to try and resolve a problem with

What a great venue!

I had a great birthday dinner here, the waitresses were great fun and so friendly. The food was really nice, although we had to order a few side dishes. Had loads of fun dancing downstairs afterwards and on our way out we got free tickets to a bar over the road which was open even later!
Everyone had a fantastic time and I will be going back very soon!

Celebrated a friend's birthday here. Bar food lukewarm and overpriced for small portions. Wine average.

Despite claiming to be open until 1am, everyone was rudely and aggressively ordered to leave - without finishing their drinks - at 12.30. We have reported the door staff's subsequent actions to both the police and Westminster council. (This reviewer is female and was not drunk or aggressive.) Avoid this place.
