The Living Room W1

Absolutely bloody awful (excuse my language).
5 friends and I went to this restaurant as it was part of a theatre ticket package and i have to honestly say we will NEVER go back!!!! The service was terrible e.g we were the ONLY people in the restaurant yet we were in there over two hours for just two courses even though we had already said we were in a bit of a hurray, the food wasn't a very good quality and our waitress was snotty nosed, rude and knew nothing about what the dishes were on the menu. Over all we were really disappointed and won't be going back. Thankgod the musical was amazing otherwise it would of ruined our night!!!!

Great interior and decent food at good prices, but the doorstaff were so rude and picky.. we went on a hen do and they insisted that we remove any evidence of us being part of a hen party, even though we were perfectly polite, not drunk and not OTT... it felt like they thought they were guarding an up-market members club, rather than a pretty standard west-end bar/restaurant. Need to learn their place!
