Opium is a speakeasy style late night bar and dim sum parlour. Set over three floors behind a secret jade door in Chinatown, its cocktail menu changes seasonally using ingredients sourced locally, in Chinatown. The dim sum menu is a mix of classic and contemporary dumplings.
Opium runs Cocktail Academy Masterclass sessions, has a pre theatre 'Chinese Opera Menu' and a late night cocktail club, a series of hosted events called The House Of The Rising Sun Club'.
