Nice enough pub lovely outside space for smokers but something is missing. Food is absolutely great considering i went there in the evening they were still serving food at 8.pm. I believe when i will be back in the area i will pop in for some dinner.

This was the first time I've visited this pub in 2 years and its fantastic the food 10/10 and the liverpudlian landlord Tony should be on stage he is so witty and charming.

Visited this pub for the first time last week. The food was great as was the beer. The Landlord was one of the friendliest I have met and the place has a lovely atmosphere. It also has a really nice area out the back for smokers.

I had a couple of great nights there in February 2006. Publican Pauline couldn't do enough for me. Ales were great, especially the 1698.
Nice, clean, typical English pub (at least from this Australian's point of view!) It'll be even better when the smoking bans come in.
