Visited the Harvester restaurant in Arnos Grove on sunday 13/4/14 and was very disappointed that the waitress who served us was rude and the customer service was appalling. When we asked the waitress some questions about some of the menu options, she replied impatiently that the menu was simple, and there was no indication that we could have helped ourselves to the free salad bar. We were surprised to find that it needed refilling and the sauce jars were nearly empty. Approached the manager about this and he was unhelpful and seemed flustered and inexperienced.

I recently visited the much changed Arnos Grove Harvester!
New managers have worked hard to get it feeling happy and above all clean.
We had a lovely coffee and desert and the waitress was very helpful.
It was nice and friendly and as an elderly person I was greeted and helped from the start.
I have recommended it to my friends.
