The bells are ringing in Kennington to celebrate this singular addition to the area. Chef Visen brings his experience from Le Gavroche under Michel Roux Jnr.; from the kitchen of Anthony Worral Thompson; and, for the best part of the last decade, as Head Chef to HRH the Prince of Wales, (a.k.a. the Duke of Cornwall).
The beef & Tamworth pork charcuterie have been herded down from Home Farm, at Highgrove; the cobnuts & brambles foraged (by Alex) from the Kent marshes; while the fish have leapt from the coves of Cornwall, the Duchy of which gives the pub its name.
All ingredients are seasonally sourced from small British producers to create honest, delicious menus and inventively tasty bar snacks.
And of course our bar staff will welcome you warmly if you simply wish to have a drink - try our real ales, craft beers and wines.
