Also, pub has a great atmosphere, especially on a Thursday where without doubt one of the greatest amateur darts teams play. They are not the pub team but an insurance company called NMB. All their players, except one, play quality arrows.
Gary the landlord (and Chef on darts evenings) is a great host.
The Peacock is a pub that offers a wide range of traditional pub meals and snacks. A restaurant facility is available. They have Sky TV showing all the major sporting events as well as a golf machine. They also have quiz and karaoke nights. Catering for private parties of up to 50 standing guests in the upstairs area is available upon request.
