Drakes Tabanco

Drakes Tabanco is named after sea faring Sir Francis Drake, who accidentally kick-started Britain’s sherry industry after returning from his raid on Cadiz with 3000 butts of sherry contraband.

Tabancos are known as such because sherry is served directly from the barrel, as this brings out the full flavour of the delicious liquid inside; Drakes Tabanco is no exception, with barrel upon barrel of some the finest wines Jerez has to offer.
