My local branch for the past 4 years, and in my 20+ years in the uk, by far my best banking experience. I went from a cash card, to a current , now a savings account. finger crossed a mortgage next. A shout out to Debbie, and the gentlemen that are always helpful. (Apologies i'm not good with names) . They even have a bowl of sweet's, containing my favourites, again I cant remember the name.

Mr Mayhew and debbie are both knowledgable and helpful, what more do you want? They know there job rather better than one "specialist staff" who come out to finalise deals. Mr Mayhew and Debbie are the kind of Branh Staff that actually do the realtionship building and achieve customer retention.

Branch manager Debbie is a asset to RBS very polite and helpful calls answered promptly.

Royal Bank of Scotland in Marylebone Road is one of the friendliest banks in the area, the greeting is genuine, warm and above all very helpful, especially from the jolly well built man absolute pleasure. I have know this bank for years and always the same pleasant people. What a pity all banks are not like this. Having said that it really does depend on the people who are employed and I get the impression this branch really does work as a team and are sincerely nice people who appear to enjoy working in this branch.

Have a very low expectation threshold with all Banks but this time the Manager was particularly helpfull.

They don't pick up the number listed during operating hours. Other than that, I am pleased with their service.
