Good at taking me somewhere but awful at collecting me from airports. The last 3 times i have booked them to collect me from a long flight- they are gong to be up to an hour late!!! So avoid if you want to get home on time!

Really bad customer service, very rude drivers who overcharge for trips and are never on time or in the right location - drivers should go where their clients are, not stop wherever they want and make their customers walk around

Most awful cab company in London. If you want to get anywhere in a specific time frame please DO NOT USE. They continue to be a late.

I tried to book a minicab with them. As I didn't have cash I chose to pay buy card. After around 5 min I received a message that they don't have any cabs available, but my card was still charged. I called their office immediately. Their answer was that I will receive my money back in 7 working days. I got them back exactly like they said in 7 work days, but why would I keep my £40 in their account for that long and not to mention that I need another £40 to book another cab to travel.
