To say that they have let me down is an understatement, I wouldnt recommend then to service your car, there answer is "not our fault" its your fault.
They are single handedly the worst company I have ever worked with and I would never buy a Mercedes again!

AVOIDE AVOIDE AVOIDE absulotly rubbish. we got the car(glc 2017) from them never show us the car, after paper work we realized internali car is completely dameged, hole on ceiling broken window botttons faulty sterio. we toke the car to them few times all the time they said dont worry we will fix that, now after 30 days now they says its your responsibilty it wasnt like this from first day and team up to run away, even last time we been there one of them said yes it was there but they should say who should pay previous owner or mercedes but now thay says you should pay dont trust any of them and any thing they say about now or future.

Answer the phone & emails. (This does not refer to the receptionist.)
Do not tell Daimler UK you have resolved a customer's query when in fact you have not even returned their call.
Update your website when your general manager leaves.
Try not to make customers feel like second class citizens when they are buying one of the lower end models.
A little less testosterone & peacock prancing.

They will improve their business if they could take photo of their second hand cars in their own place or public road, but not in someone else's private backyard.
Their staff comes to the backyard of our flat everyday, which is a private parking area. The staff takes photos of second hand Benz, then drives away very aggressively.
You shouldn't really do part of your business in someone else's property. It was a mild surprise when I found lots of recognizable backgrounds in numerous photos of second hand cars in their website.

yes i am just on the phone to them and it is just ringing and ringing someone answered and said i will put u through to service and then i got cut off think they need to get their act together !
